The 23 year old Lindsay Lohan has apparently lost her mind and has a GIGANTIC ego to boot.

Via the AP, Lohan has filed a $100 million lawsuit against E-Trade for their “milkaholic Lindsay”commercial. Her “lawyer” is claiming that even though the commercial didn’t use her full name, that the single name “Lindsay” is as recognizable as Oprah or Madonna.

Good luck with that. But if somehow she wins this, or settles out of court, and if I were a “Lindsay”, I’m thinking that I’d launch a lawsuit of my own for her infringing on my name.
